Runway: Victor Glemaud SS 09

I'm slighlty obsessed with Victor Glemaud's SS09 collection. Love the cardigans and the tees with the geometric blocks of color.

Runway: Felix

I stumbled across the Felix website again, and I'm pretty sure they took some cues from JADED! Their Spring 09 collection features none other than JADED modelologite Simon Nessman. Love the shirts and accessories!

Runway: Neil Barrett SS09

The Spring 2009 show season has come and gone, but it just wouldn't be right if I didn't show you one of my favorite collections. I loved everything about the Neil Barrett SS09 show. The patched sleeves, blocks of color, and even the suit jacket inspired suspenders were all heavenly. See more here.

Runway: S2VS

I'm not sure why it took me so long to find out about S2VS, but I'm certainly glad I did. Love the Spring/Summer 2008 lookbook featuring hipster photo celeb, Adrian. Below are my favorite looks:

Runway: Victor Glemaud

I'm not sure how this slipped under my fashion radar, but I just recently discovered Victor Glemaud and I am obsessed! His designs have that hipster sophistication aesthetic that I really enjoy. The S/S 2008 collection (which was shot by JD Ferguson) is great, but what really pulled me in was his collection from S/S 2007. Love the layered cardigans and bold colors as seen below:

Runway: Just Cavalli Fall 2008

I just watched the Just Cavalli Fall 2008 collection and was incredibly impressed. So fun and very 70s! The leopard and flamingo print tights were killer. Below are some of my favorite looks:

Runway: Marc by Marc Jacobs Fall 2008

The Fall 2008 Marc by Marc Jacobs collection delivered like always. I was impressed with every look, everything was absolutely stellar. With that said, I had a hard time picking out my favorites, but I tried my best:

Runway: Alexander McQueen Fall 2008

I have been perusing through the Fall 2008 men's shows and only one collection has really impressed me, Alexander McQueen. I loved his use of ponchos (more like rugs, actually). Very interesting and so dramatic!

Runway: Missoni

Missoni was never a label that really stuck out to me, but their pre-fall 2008 collection is quite the exception. There is something about the looks that is so lovely and audacious. Below are my favorites.

Runway: Felix

Felix is a local label from Buenos Aires, Argentina. I randomly came across their website and fell in love with their current collection. Below are my favorite looks:

Runway: Balenciaga Spring 2008

Nicolas Ghesquière did it again! I'm in love with the Balenciaga Spring 2008 collection, even though it was somewhat unusual. I especially liked the knee-high gladiator sandals. Mary-Kate Olsen was sporting similar looking ones a few weeks ago. I predict they will have the same allure as those brilliant robo-leggings. Below are my favorite looks:

Runway: Marc by Marc Jacobs

The Marc by Marc Jacobs show was officially my favorite collection at NY Fashion Week. Every look was exceptional, and I loved the Lego accessories! (Don't get me started with the classic Marc Jacobs line..."student work" anyone?)

Runway: The Row

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen have finally debuted their long awaited high end label entitled "The Row" at NY Fashion Week on Saturday. Paper Magazine was there for a sneak preview in which Mary-Kate personally displayed her favorite pieces. The collection as a whole seems quite lackluster, but as seen by Mary-Kate in the above photo, these pieces look great with the right styling and accessories.

Runway: Shipley & Halmos

The remaining boys of Trovata, one of my favorite short-lived labels, have joined together to create a killer collection for Spring 2008 (simply named, Shipley & Halmos). All of their clothes seem to have the perfect cuts and fits. Below are my favorite looks.
